We offer either store credit or a refund to the original form of payment for items that are unused and in their original condition. This means no signs of use, and original tags and packaging must be intact. If an item appears used, Idyll Manor reserves the right to deny the return or exchange. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: all sales of Apothecary (excluding candles), Found items, Furniture, and Antiques are final. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
