We truly hope you love your items from Idyll Manor. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligible home goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please email us at info@idyllmanor.com with your order number so we can assist promptly.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. If an item shows signs of wear or damage, we may not be able to accept the return. Once your return is received and approved, you may choose store credit or a refund to the original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Furniture & Antique Sales Policy
All purchases of furniture and antiques are final sale. These pieces are one-of-a-kind and often handmade, with character that reflects years of life, love, and use.
We do our very best to represent each item accurately with detailed photos, videos, measurements, and condition notes. Natural patina, small imperfections, and signs of age are expected — and celebrated — as part of the story that makes these pieces truly special. These characteristics are not considered defects.
Before shipment, every piece is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and documented. If you have any questions or would like additional photos or videos before purchasing, please reach out to info@idyllmanor.com — we’re more than happy to help make sure the piece you love is the piece you receive.
