We really do hope you love your items, however, if something isn't working out, we do accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.Please email info@idyllmanor.com to initiate your return. We will offer store credit or a refund to the original form of payment for goods that are unused and in original condition. The items must be in original condition (no usage, tags removed). If the item appears used, Idyll Manor has the right to refuse a return or exchange. Shipping costs paid initially are not refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for apothecary (excludes candles), beauty, found items, or sale items.
