Orders + Shipping
Once an order is processed, your package should ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are supplied by the carrier and will differ based on destination. If shipping takes longer than expected, Idyll Manor is not accountable as the delay is due to the mail carrier. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout and will depend on the weight and distance from our headquarters. If an item arrives broken, please email info@idyllmanor.com within 48 hours and take a photograph of both the original packaging and the damaged item for us to submit an insurance claim to the carrier. Additionally, Idyll Manor is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed items but we will attempt to help solve the issue, but the responsibility falls to the mail carrier. At this time, Idyll Manor does not ship outside of the continental US.
