Orders + Shipping
Once an order is processed, packages typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and vary depending on the destination. If shipping takes longer than expected, Idyll Manor is not responsible for delays caused by the mail carrier. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and distance from our Colorado headquarters.
If an item arrives broken, please contact us at info@idyllmanor.com within 48 hours and include photographs of both the damaged item and the original packaging so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. Idyll Manor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit, but we’re happy to assist however we can in resolving the issue.
Furniture shipping: Please note that furniture may take longer than our standard 3–5 business day timeline to ship. We aim to have all furniture sent out within approximately one week of processing to ensure it is carefully and safely prepared for transport. Most furniture is shipped blanket-wrapped via trusted courier services. If you’d prefer another delivery method, feel free to reach out to us at info@idyllmanor.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. At this time, we do not ship outside of the continental U.S. for furniture.
