Orders + Shipping

Once an order is processed, home goods and smaller items typically ship within 3–5 business days. These items are shipped through standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, destination, and best available service. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and vary by location.

Shipping costs for home goods are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@idyllmanor.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the damaged item and the original packaging so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require inspection.

Idyll Manor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit, but we are always happy to assist however we can in resolving the issue.

Furniture Shipping

Furniture is shipped differently than standard home goods. Most furniture pieces are shipped blanket-wrapped through trusted furniture couriers rather than traditional parcel carriers.

Because many furniture deliveries are coordinated through regional bundled routes, Idyll Manor may safely hold your piece for up to 4–6 weeks while we coordinate the most appropriate route for your area. This allows us to prioritize careful handling and more cost-effective transport for antique and one-of-a-kind furniture.

Most furniture deliveries take approximately 2–6 weeks depending on destination, courier availability, and route scheduling. Once a courier has been confirmed, we will provide any available delivery updates.
