Braising Pan

Beauty and function in family size. Very intentionally designed to have two handles, where many other pans would just have one. These two handles make for easier lifting, baking, serving, and cleaning than on any other pan of comparable size. With sidewalls that are low enough to work in easily, and high enough to hold a full meal, this pan will be your go-to for family dinners. The self-basting nubs on the underside of the included 12in lid deliver moisture back into the dish you are cooking, keeping it nice and juicy. The top handle is a beautifully designed brass abstraction of a cherry branch, adding an ornamental element. Cast Iron.
