To keep your board in top condition, wipe with hot soapy water after use and dry with a clean towel. Avoid submerging in water and using abrasive cleaning products. Thoroughly wipe away  or place parchment paper underneath any brightly colored food residues like berries, turmeric and mustard to avoid staining.
