Sourdough Starter

 A hearty strain of wild yeast that has served us well for almost 40 years. Fed, nurtured and dehydrated for a long, stable shelf-life. Containing naturally occurring yeast and friendly Lactobacillus bacteria, sourdough starter also adds its own unique flavor profile to baked goods. Plus it's good for your gut.

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour and wild yeast culture.
